Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 2-5 business days within India and 5-7 days for the rest of the world
Free shipping for all orders across India.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY - INDIA

Everything we offer is chosen to live up to high standards. All products are fully guaranteed against defect or faulty workmanship. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers delight in the most fair and reasonable manner; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
We work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like by any reason simply exchange the product within 7 days of date of order receipt . To get exchange or refund please mail us to us via Contact us page along with your order number and product screenshot
The only things which we ask that don't use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take an adequate measure to maintain its condition. .The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reached back to us.
We provide free exchange & credit note refunds. Cash or bank refund will incur a charge of Rs 250 as reverse pick up charges. But if you wish to send it back to us we can refund you the entire amount.

NOTE : Products purchased under any promotion, clearance sale, Deal of the Week Page and Any Other Offer can only be exchanged with the Available Size & Product in the same Sale / Offer or returned for store credit only.
